Working as the Visual Merchandising Lead at Warby Parker Toronto, I wanted to create a fun interactive way for my team to get engaged during new product training. Incorporating Warby's core value of fun and quirky, I came up with the "Collection Passport". A guide to make sure everyone is up to date with new product while also providing an element of fun. The book starts off with an information page with their photo and some fun facts, with the rest of the pages having a section for a sticker and notes. Instead of collecting stamps to places travelled, you collect stickers for each new collection training you've completed.
Bonus: It's pocket sized.
